GSBS Basketball is celebrating its’ 32nd year of offering competitive basketball teams for Boys and Girls in Illinois & Indiana. Players selected for each team will compete in games against some of the top grade school & high school basketball teams in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.
The goal of each team will be to provide a positive environment where each player will be taught how to become a fundamentally sound player, be a part of a competitive team, will build relationships that last a lifetime while enjoying this great game of basketball.
Parents & Players should arrive 15 minutes earlier to complete registration form
SPING TRYOUT SCHEDULE: SUNDAY JUNE 28TH
BASED ON THE 2026-27 SCHOOL YEAR – NO FEES FOR THE TRYOUTS
GRADE SCHOOL 3RD thru 8TH GRADE TEAMS
Boys’ 3rd thru 8th grade players Time: 12:00-1:30pm
Girls’ 3rd thru 8th grade players Time: 1:30-3:00pm
HIGH SCHOOL 9TH thru 12TH GRADE TEAMS
Boys’ 9th thru 12th grade players Time: 3:00-4:30pm
Girls’ 9th thru 12th grade players Time: 3:00-4:30pm
Boys & Girls 9th thru 12th grade tryouts are at the same time, but in different gyms.
Season details:
| Teams: | 10 players per team |
| Fall Season: | Monday July 27th thru Sunday October 25th |
| Instruction / Games: | Minimum 20 Practices / Minimum 20 Games |
| Practices: | Mon & Wed: Oak Lawn Pavilion |
| Games: | Two (2) games each weekend for 10 weeks |
